Named after the famous ‘Mustang’ car, this new industrial scheme was formally owned by Ford Motors and strategically located on ‘Orion’ Close. We were appointed as Project Managers, Cost Consultants and Employer’s Agents for the design and construction of the three new industrial / warehouse units with offices at first floor level, totalling to 328,000 sqft. Works involved significant ground level remodelling, retaining structures and extensive S278 works to the entrance.
