The works consisted of the design, supply and installation of a new build 86,000 sq.ft self-storage unit facility in Hounslow, adjacent to Heathrow Airport. The project involved the complete design and construction of a cutting-edge 4 storey self-storage facility, incorporating a photovoltaic (PV) roof, branded external cladding, curved windows fronting the main road, roller shutters/doors, a designated car park, and staff and customer amenities. The project was delivered to a targeted BREEAM rating of ‘Excellent”.
