Link Logistics Park is a 42-acre landmark development in Ellesmere Port, situated in a well-established industrial area occupied by market leaders. Link Logistics is the UK’s largest speculatively built warehouse in the North West. It consists of two best-in-class units: Link 674 is 654,225 sqft and Link 114 is 107,506 sqft in size. Our client, Firethorn Trust, had a strong commitment to sustainability standards for a project of this size. The design included LED lighting for offices, photovoltaic arrays and 32 electric vehicle charging points. It offers up to 6MVA for businesses looking to scale-up and energise their operations. Both units have a BREEAM Excellent rating and net zero carbon construction. The total construction programme was 18 months, this included an extensive Enabling Works package to ensure that the site was ready for the main works.
