Strategically located at the gateway roundabout to the Winterhill Retail Park, this project will transform the site of an outdated 1990s office building into a modern, mixed-use development. The new facility will provide 88,000 sqft of coworking space, meeting rooms, and self-storage units. We have been appointed to lead Project Management, Cost Consultancy, and Employer’s Agent duties for the demolition of the existing building and the construction of a state-of-the-art self-storage facility spanning four levels. The project scope includes extensive landscaping and a redesign of the car park layout, as well as the necessary utility diversions to support the construction phase. Once completed, Milton Keynes will be a significant addition to the area’s commercial infrastructure.
