Adanac Park

Adanac Park is a light industrial/office park development located at the gateway to
Southampton, near junction 1 of the M271. The project involved the construction of four
steel portal-framed industrial buildings with mezzanine-level fitted-out offices, along
with external parking, roads, service yards, and landscaping. These four buildings were
subdivided into 18 self-contained units, totalling around 200,000 sqft. Built speculatively,
the development achieved Practical Completion in October 2020. Despite the challenging
economic climate, tenant uptake has been strong, with many completing fit-outs and
beginning operations before the new year. The park is now fully tenanted.
