QPS have been appointed as the Cost Consultants and Employers Agents for Whitworth Street, a 364 Unit, 44 Storey Built-to-Rent Scheme located in Manchester City Centre. QPS are currently offering early-stage cost advise and design analysis to ensure the optimum value can be achieved for the scheme. Early contractor engagement will be key for overall value alignment with the Clients appraisal, QPS are currently in contact with specialist sub-contractors to attain early cost input for the main packages of the build to ensure client aspirations and budget are guided and managed.
