Transformation of a historic former gunpowder mill into a new co-living building
located on Trewint Street, along the River Wandle in Earlsfield. The height of the
buildings vary from two to eight storeys and its layout comprising two main forms,
one addressing the river, the other the railway, both orientated to avoid single-aspect
north-facing rooms. The Sunday Mills development offers 315 co-living homes with
indoor and external amenity space, café and restaurant use, new pedestrian bridge
over the River Wandle, riverwalk, landscaping, plant, refuse and bicycle stores.
