We have been appointed as Cost Consultants and Employer’s Agent to deliver 79,577 sqft of amenity space and provide 495 units, both private and communal. This large-scale residential project will be a major component of the redevelopment of Walthamstow Town Centre, reflecting both the distinct London identity and local needs. Consisting of one and two-bedroom apartments within two landmark towers of 34 and 26 storeys, the development will also incorporate an expansive ground floor entrance and amenity space, including a publicly accessible reception with dedicated concierge, lounge area, and ground floor café. The project also includes 25 accessible car parking spaces and 834 cycle spaces with direct access to the Walthamstow Mall TfL entrance. Using volumetric construction rather than traditional methods has saved approximately 16 months on the construction programme.
