Stratford Studios, a project delivered for our client Aquastrada Limited and funded by Aberdeen Standard Investments, comprises a 158-unit build-to-rent residential development in East London. This unique co-living scheme features newly constructed blocks of micro apartments ranging from 20 to 30 square metres. Residents will benefit from dedicated onsite management, a variety of events, and communal amenity spaces. The scheme is tailored to meet the changing lifestyles of young people, providing them with a space designed for both living and working.
