nine-storey building, including the infilling of the atrium to increase the Net Internal
Area (NIA) from 193,000 sqft to 233,000 sqft. The building has achieved WiredScore Platinum, the highest certification level, recognising its outstanding digital connectivity, designed to provide flexibility and adaptability to future technological advancements. The refurbishment was specifically tailored to accommodate BPP University’s requirements, leading to the establishment of their London East campus within the building. This project successfully created a modern, tech-enabled educational and office environment.
