Mountbatten House
Mountbatten House is one of Southampton’s most prestigious office buildings, located in the heart of the Business District. The project delivered a unique, one-of-a-kind, sustainable workplace in the area, designed to meet the post-COVID demand. The phase 1 comprised the refurbishment of 15,000 sqft office space to CAT A and B in line with Clockwise design standards. Phase 2 comprised the refurbishment of circa 10,000 sqft office space to CAT B across two floors. Works also included a new roof terrace, club-lounge coworking area, a café, a basement cycle and changing facilities. Quartz delivered the project on time and within budget.
