The project comprised the refurbishment and extension of an existing commercial building to new CAT A offices. The top two and a half stories of the existing building have been removed and replaced with a 4 storey extension, giving the building a total of 10 floors of office space. The envelope required the retained red brick and Portland stone façade to be cleaned and repaired, with the new extension using matching materials and a slate mansard to match existing. Internally, new high specification tenant facilities have been constructed including a ground floor reception, and LG floor cycle storage and changing facilities. The project is located in the Mayfair conservation area next to Grade I & II listed buildings, and it is undoubtedly an excellent addition to the already prestigious area.
