Portland Crescent reached practical completion in September with near full occupation secured to immediately move in. Quartz acted as Project Managers and Employer’s Agents and assisted VITA in delivering this fantastic £33m, 312 unit scheme next door to Leeds Met. The Employer acquired an existing site that entered administration, with a part built precast concrete frame. The development involved complex survey and investigation work to provide institutionally funded, student accommodation in the centre of Leeds. The redevelopment provides 312 high end luxury student rooms including ground floor retail and amenity space.
