The project comprised the creation of a new reception and entrance archway, new building restaurant and workspace area, new gym, changing and cycling facilities, a yoga studio, a multi-function event space, a town hall facility and more to provide a market leading amenity and wellness provision.

Throughout the project, the team focused on circular economy principles to reduce waste and increase the reuse of materials. Over 95% of the materials removed from the site have been reused, and the building has also reduced its reliance on fossil fuels, with the installation of electric heat pumps.

Situated in the bustling Business District, this prestigious office building underwent a remarkable transformation. The project focused on refurbishing 15,000 sqft of office space to meet the highest CAT A and B standards, aligning with Clockwise design principles. Notable additions to the building included a stylish roof terrace, a vibrant club-lounge coworking area, a cozy cafe, and convenient basement cycle and changing facilities.

These enhancements aimed to create a modern and dynamic workspace that catered to the evolving needs of businesses and professionals in the area.
